Today is children’s day. The birthday of first Prime Minister of India Mr Nehru. What better way to characterise his love for children than dedicating a day for it.
I always wonder why don’t companies give a holiday on this day. It would be good time for the employees to be with their children, play with them and be a child again. I mean what better gift can a company give to children of their employees than the time of their parent..?
The day also has birthdays of two special people. My sister, and one of my very good friend Naval. My sis is too matured in her thinking to call her a child anymore. But Naval is definitely still a child at heart. And well, did I tell you that we are gonna get a treat tonight from her?
I somehow also think that the day is dedicated to me. I mean seriously. My family thinks I still behave too kiddish and i need to grow up. My friends think I behave like a child and they just love it. My girlfriend thinks…. Well, I don’t have a gf.. So anyways, this day is dedicated to me. And dedicated to all those adults who are lost in the “Battle of survival” but are still having a child hidden somewhere down in their heart. This can be one day when you can bring out the child in you. Way to go man. Enjoy.. Have fun.. And this is what google is also saying though their logo for the day.
